


Dyna-Vision
is a small and portable unit (190 grams) which can be used for different types
of monitoring:
ECG and/or SpO2 Telemedicine
Dyna-Vision has an
integrated GPRS unit. This makes that there is no need for the patient to
actively transmit the recording to a remote service. RS TechMedic has extensive
knowledge in the field of GPRS data transfer and offers this solution as the
first company in the world. Now it is even possible for doctors to sit behind a
PC and view the actual and real-time ECG and SpO2 and the other parameters at
any time, by using a PC, laptop or even mobile phone. By this there are no more
limits in telemedicine. We strongly believe that this the most optimal situation
and will make telemedicine a huge success.
ECG and/or SpO2 holter
monitoring
All parameters are continuously measured. When the patient
presses the "Event" button, an event is stored in the unit or transmitted
directly to our Dyna-Vision Server via the integrated GPRS. The battery span in
Holter mode is 50 hours.
ECG and/or SpO2 continuous recording
All parameters are
recorded in the internal memory with a maximum of 21 days. The data can
be transferred to a computer for analysis or to the Dyna-Vision Server by
GPRS.
ECG analyser
With our Dyna-Vision Cardio software you can use
Dyna-Vision as a full-featured ECG analyser in your practice. This gives you an
easy-to-use and very affordable ECG device.
Bed-side wireless patient
monitoring
Hospitals can use Dyna-Vision as a wireless patient monitor
for ECG and SpO2 monitoring. This product is ideal for nursing wards and
recovery rooms. Dyna-Vision send the signals in real-time to a bedside touch
screen PC which has our monitoring software installed. The integrated electronic
patient record completes the system. In conclusion: a very efficient, affordable
and flexible monitoring system.

Dyna-Vision can transfer the recorded data in
real-time via the integrated Bluetooth and GPRS connection. Long recordings can

Heart
Failure
Because the heart failure market is growing rapidly, we have
decided to make a connection with a non- invasive blood pressure monitor (NIBP).
This enables the physician to monitor the optimal combination of Blood Pressure,
ECG and SpO2 over a period of time. The data is transferred to our server via
GPRS or USB.
Software connections
We are constantly working on creating connections
between Dyna-Vision an third party software. With Dyna-Vision anyone can now own
a powerful ECG and SpO2 monitoring device in existing software systems.

This product
is developed to test a number of health parameters in a very easy and reliable
way. The test only takes 5 minutes and can be done in a resting position or
during intermittent exercise. After the test the software shows you the results
in easy-to-read graphs. These will show your physical and mental stress, overall
stress and fitness, physical age and it will tell you if you’ve had an abnormal
heart rhythm during the test. It will also inform you about existing vascular
problems. The results are stored in a database and you can also print the
results as a summary report. The software is validated and is included in the
Dyna-Vision© Health and Fitness package.
With this unique package you will be able to use
Dyna-Vision© for different purposes. We developed Dyna-Vision© to be an
all-round device to be used as holter, event recorder, bedside patient monitor
or a full-disclosure ECG analyzer with automatic interpretation for 3, 5 or 12
lead ECG’s. It also includes an SpO2 sensor for oxygen saturation testing. We
believe that Dyna-Vision© is the number 1 product for ECG testing in the

Heart Rate Variability is used by many investigators for a
wide variety of clinical applications. Alterations (mostly reductions) in HRV
have been reported to be associated with various pathologic conditions such as
hypertension, hemorrhagic shock, and septic shock. It also has some utility as a
modest predictor of mortality after an acute myocardial infarction. With our
software it is possible to accurately record the HRV over a short (10 minutes)
or long (24 hours) period of time. The software analyses the recordings and
presents the results in clear graphs and reports. The algorythms for the HRV
calculations are based on the European Society of Cardiology and the North
American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology. Check our download section for

Patient monitoring is expensive and most of the times limited to
specialized departments. This means that patients have to be stationed at the
locations of the monitor. We find that patient monitoring should be available
throughout the hospital and not only on fixed spots. Together with our
Dyna-Vision© PC software, you can use Dyna-Vision© as a patient monitor for ECG
and SpO2 signals. The collected signals are transmitted via Bluetooth connection
to a bedside PC. This is the most advanced telemetry system in the market. You
will receive software update of the PC software on a regular basis. In this way
you will always have the most recent technology available. The costs for
updating the software are much less than purchasing new monitoring
equipment.
